No Country for Old Men and Sport Performance Psychology with Coach Mike Munoz

How much have you ever lost on a coin toss? In today's episode, we talk about the 2007 movie No Country for Old Men. Lleweleyn Moss, played by Josh Brolin is on the run from the coin tossing "ultimate badass" Anton Chigurh, played by Javier Bardem. Meanwhile, Sheriff Ed Tom Bell, played by Tommy Lee Jones, is left trying to make sense of it all.

I sat down with my friend and colleague  Coach Mike Munoz, a baseball/softball hitting coach and academic counselor. We talked about how the movie demonstrated the importance of value-driven behavior, finding meaning versus getting lost in hopelessness and staying vigilant when it counts. Listen to the end of the episode to find out why we gave Carla Jean Moss, played by Kelly Macdonald the Coach's Award. Check it out!
